The Very Best KOs, Submissions, & Open-Hand Slaps From Last Night's UFC Card

Hey folks, sorry the coverage is up a little later than usual for this shortened card - I wasn't able to blog the fights live tonight. I was watchin, though, and wanted to just easily compile some of the best moments for anyone who might've missed the show here....

Alistair Overeem outlasts/outworks Augusto Sakai leading to a NASTY ground-and-pound finish (Fifth Round TKO)

THE REEM once again proved to the world that he doesn't age tonight, delivering his second straight comeback victory in a row on a seemingly never-ending path to the ever-so-elusive UFC Heavyweight Championship. Nasty finish.

Ovince Saint Preux takes Alonzo Menifield's head off with a left hand delivered right on the money (Second Round KO)

Another vet with an extremely impressive finish tonight! On the BACKSTEP too!

Saint Preux crossed his arms in celebration afterwards as well, paying tribute to the late great Chadwick Boseman with the 'Wakanda Forever' salute:

I expected another Von Flue choke outta OSP tonight - but this was much better.

Michel Pereira makes a fool outta Zelim Imadaev and slaps him so hard they musta heard it in Stockton (Third Round SUB)

How much fun is this fuckin Michel Pereira guy in that octagon? In just 4 fights in the UFC, we've seen backflips, showtime kicks, dance moves, open hand smacks, suplexes, and maneuvers you woulda only thought possible in professional wrestling outta him, and I couldn't love it any more.

He's crazy for callin out Masvidal, though; that's like a low level guy calling out McGregor back in the day. Waste of his mic time there if you're askin me.

Brian Kelleher makes quick work of Ray Rodriguez and locks up a W with a guillotine in 39 SECONDS! (First Round SUB)

Just a slick ass guillotine here. Nothin more to it. There's a reason it got a spot in this blog tho…Kelleher's post-fight callout?

Ol' DC Links….

Brilliant.
